CBRE is seeking a Property Administration professional to support a major retail asset at Pacific Epping. The role focuses on delivering a safe, well-presented environment and assisting with financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Administration experience within property, retail, facilities or operations environments.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and reporting.
• Knowledge of WHS, compliance or risk-management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
• Well organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational documentation, contractor records and compliance databases
• Support audits, reporting requirements and risk management activities
• Assist with budgets, forecasting, expense tracking and operational reporting
• Build strong relationships with contractors, retailers and stakeholders
• Contribute to centre presentation, safety and customer experience initiatives
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence
