Work alongside a brand new team of experienced property and facilities professionals

Join our Property Management team supporting a major retail asset at Pacific Epping. This role plays a key part in the financial and operational performance of the centre, helping deliver a safe, well-presented and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain operational documentation, contractor records and compliance databases
  • Support audits, reporting requirements and risk management activities
  • Assist with budgets, forecasting, expense tracking and operational reporting
  • Monitor contractor administrative documents invoices, PO, induction process
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, retailers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to centre presentation, safety and customer experience initiatives
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence
About You
  • Administration experience within property, retail, facilities or operations environments
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and reporting
  • Knowledge of WHS, compliance or risk-management processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel and reporting tools
  • Well organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
