• Knowledge of tenancy laws and documentation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with tenants, landlords and trades.
• Assist with routine inspections and property reports.
• Manage tenant enquiries and portfolio correspondence.
• Support lease renewals, notices and tenancy documentation.
• Follow up outstanding maintenance and compliance requirements.
• Update property management systems and maintain accurate records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Senior Property Manager.
