Job summary

Blue Wave Property Real Estate on the Sunshine Coast seeks a part-time residential rent roll specialist to manage daily operations and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants. The role offers a clear pathway to full-time as the portfolio grows, with responsibilities spanning enquiries, maintenance coordination, and inspections.

This permanent part-time position is 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, with potential expansion.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson or Property Manager Licence.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Previous property management experience.
• Strong understanding of REIQ documentation.
• Experience preparing Form 18a agreements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Job description

About you

• Experience using PropertyMe software or other property management software an advantage
