Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing commercial property portfolios.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Sound understanding of leases and tenant management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• NSW Property Registration or Real Estate Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who can confidently manage a complex commercial portfolio. You'll be trusted to make informed decisions, anticipate issues, maintain momentum and build strong relationships, while working as part of a capable, collaborative and high-performing team.

What You'll Do

You'll manage a diverse portfolio, comprising workplace and retail assets, with responsibility for:

• Financial management, performance, budgeting and forecasting
• Monthly reporting, billing reviews and tenancy administration
• Lease obligations, rent reviews and customer enquiries
• Building strong relationships with customers and service partners
• Contractor and facilities management coordination
• Capital works, sustainability and compliance initiatives
• Supporting safe, efficient and customer-focused operations
