McGrath Estate Agents is seeking a Property Manager or Property Officer for a part-time position with flexible days and hours. Whether you're experienced in property management or starting a career in real estate, we'd love to hear from you.

You will be organized, reliable and customer-focused, with strong communication skills. Duties include managing landlord and tenant relationships and providing great service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current NSW real estate licence or Certificate of Registration, or be willing to complete the Assistant Agent Course.
• Part-time role with flexible days and hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide great service to landlords and tenants.
• Be organized, reliable and detail-oriented in property administration.
• Assist in coordinating property inspections, rent collections and maintenance communication.
