Job summary

P3 Recruitment is partnering with a premium residential property group to hire a Building Manager. You will oversee a high-end apartment building, engaging residents and owners, leasing units, coordinating repairs, and supervising contractors.

No prior Building Management experience is required; extensive training and strong support are provided, with excellent earning potential and clear career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in residential Property Management and/or Leasing.
• Solid residential leasing experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• The confidence to deal with residents, owners and contractors.
• A proactive, practical approach and the ability to get things done.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with residents and owners.

The Role
