Gough Recruitment in Sydney's Double Bay area is seeking a Junior Property Manager to join a high-end portfolio. You will support a busy Property Management team and help deliver premium service across exclusive Eastern Suburbs properties.

The role offers a clear career path, Monday–Friday schedule, and onboarding to a top office with strong training. Ideal candidates have real estate exposure, great communication, attention to detail, and can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and attending open for inspections and responding to property inquiries.
• Processing applications and reference checks of tenants.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance and liaising with tradespeople.
• Assisting with ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections and preparing condition reports.
• Manage lease negotiations and sign-ups.
