Job summary

One Agency Elite Property Group in Wollongong NSW is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Illawarra offices. You will focus on building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, while our team provides support with dedicated Property Management Assistants and streamlined systems designed to reduce admin time.

You'll manage a growing portfolio, stay calm under pressure, and take ownership while working as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Management experience.
• Current Real Estate Licence.
• Excellent landlord/tenant relationship skills.
• Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
• Collaborate with PM Assistants for leasing inspections and ingoings.
