Baker Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a top-performing team in the Wollongong area. You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 140 residential properties with support from Leasing Consultants and a dedicated Trust Accountant to ensure landlords and tenants receive outstanding service.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work and work-from-home flexibility, one day per week after six months, plus a competitive package of up to $100K.

Qualifications

• Residential property portfolio management experience.
• Strong understanding of NSW tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident handling maintenance and tenancy matters.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work autonomously.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 residential properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of your portfolio.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and routine inspections.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy negotiations.
• Handle arrears, tribunal matters and general tenancy enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with NSW Residential Tenancies legislation.
• Provide landlords with regular updates and exceptional customer service.

• Proactive, reliable and able to work autonomously.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.
