Job summary

Lifestyle Group Real Estate is hiring for a Property Management role in NSW’s regional network, including Forster. You will screen tenants, handle leases, manage disputes, and conduct regular inspections, while coordinating repairs and budget oversight.

The position offers lease administration, end-of-lease processes, and financial reporting to landlords. A real estate license or certificate is required, with a driver’s license desirable and experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Hold your certificate of registration or real estate license or a willingness to obtain.
• Experience is desirable but not essential
• Hold a current driver's license

Responsibilities

• Screening prospective tenants, handling lease agreements, managing disputes, and conducting regular inspections.
• Organising repairs and maintenance promptly, ensuring the property is safe and habitable, and coordinating with tradespeople.
• Managing maintenance budgets, paying bills (e.g. council rates, water), and providing regular financial statements to the property owner.
• Advertising vacant properties, showing the property to prospective tenants, and managing lease renewals or terminations.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure the tenant is caring for the property and reporting back to the landlord.
• Managing end-of-lease procedures, bond claims, cleaning, and preparing the property for new tenants.
