Job summary

Randstad is seeking a proactive Property Manager to lead end-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio across Newcastle NSW & Hunter Region. Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential portfolio management experience.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Valid driver9s licence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with landlords and tenants.
