Qualifications

• 12 months of property management experience.
• Driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Holder of a certificate of registration or license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of residential properties to ensure maintenance and high service standards.
• Conduct periodic, ongoing, and outgoing inspections.
• Support in managing the portfolio with a focus on landlord and tenant service.
• Work Saturdays with a weekday off in lieu.
