Harcourts Pinnacle is seeking a Property Manager to join our award-winning team and manage a growing portfolio with end-to-end responsibilities. The role includes support from a Leasing Consultant and 2 Property Management Assistants to handle leasing, renewals, inspections, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior Property Manager or Property Manager Assistant ready to take the next step.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage independently.
• Alignment with our core values.
• Proactive, reliable, takes initiative and able to solve problems creatively.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle required.
• Tech-savvy with a strong attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to contribute to our high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing portfolio of properties (up to 100) with growth anticipated.
• End-to-end property management with Leasing Consultant and 2 PM Assistants handling leasing, renewals, inspections and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Demonstrate empathy and care while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.
• Take ownership of your portfolio and continuously strive to improve your own and the team’s performance.
