Job summary

Harcourts Property Centre in Manly, Brisbane invites an experienced Property Manager to join a supportive, dynamic team in our bustling office. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while maintaining a diverse portfolio.

You will be supported by a team, enjoy a collaborative culture, and benefit from ongoing professional development and some work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Mature and confident in managing a wide range of clients.
• Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, both in person and over the phone.
• Highly detail-oriented, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• In possession of a current driver’s license and a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Routine inspections/Exits and Entries
• Handle rent reviews, increases, and lease renewals
• Maximum of 150 properties to manage
