Harcourts Pinnacle is seeking a Property Manager to join our award-winning team and manage a growing portfolio with end-to-end responsibilities. The role includes support from a Leasing Consultant and 2 Property Management Assistants to handle leasing, renewals, inspections, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing portfolio of properties (up to 100) with growth anticipated.
• End-to-end property management with Leasing Consultant and 2 PM Assistants handling leasing, renewals, inspections and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Demonstrate empathy and care while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.
• Take ownership of your portfolio and continuously strive to improve your own and the team’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a growing portfolio of properties (approximately up to 100 with quick anticipated growth).

This is end to end property management with support provided by our Leasing Consultant and 2 x Property Management Assistants to handle leasing, leases renewals, inspections and compliance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople.

Ensure consistent and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Demonstrate empathy and care while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.

Take ownership of your portfolio and continuously strive to improve your own and the team’s performance.

Salary & Bonuses:
