Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Property Management experience.
• Proven ability to win new managements and grow a portfolio.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new management opportunities to grow the rent roll.
• Conduct rental appraisals and present to landlords with confidence.
• Manage leasing, advertising, applications and tenant selection.
• Coordinate maintenance through structured systems and support teams.
• Use Property Me to manage workflows, communications and compliance.
