Job summary

HARCOURTS MARKETPLACE is seeking a Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties. You will build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance, and manage tenancy cycles from start to finish.

Based across our Oxley and Centenary operations, you will work with the Field Property Manager and Leasing Team to ensure timely renewals, rent reviews and compliant tenancy practices, delivering exceptional service with a

Qualifications

Queensland Real Estate Licence or Registration Certificate is required.
Experience managing a portfolio of residential properties (approx. 150).
Solid knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation and QCAT processes.
Experience handling arrears, maintenance, tenancy disputes and renewals.

Responsibilities

Manage an allocated portfolio of ~150 properties and maintain landlord/tenant relationships.
Coordinate maintenance, obtain quotes and liaise with contractors and tenants.
Oversee tenancy lifecycle from start to finish, including renewals and exit reports.
Monitor rental arrears, notices and breaches; prepare QCAT submissions as needed.
Collaborate with Field Property Manager and Leasing Team to ensure smooth tenancy commencements and inspections.
