About the Role

As a GPM Property Agent, you are responsible for managing a capped portfolio end-to-end. You have full control of your own portfolio and are in charge of all leases, advertising, lease renewals, rent increases, maintenance, routine inspections, open for inspections, we do it all. It is hard work, but the result is a better experience for everyone - our clients, our renters and our people.
