Colliers Geelong, Victoria, Australia is seeking a Property Manager to join our Geelong office, servicing a Ballarat client portfolio on a full-time basis.

This role suits an experienced Commercial Property Manager or an aspiring Residential Property Manager looking to move into commercial property management. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with two days in Geelong and three days in Ballarat, with opportunities to learn from senior managers and access a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, industrial or residential property.
• Certificate of completion CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.
• Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
• Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.
• Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.
