Raine & Horne Kurralta Park is a friendly, award-winning real estate agency seeking a Property Manager (PM) or Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage residential properties and build strong landlord relationships. We also welcome an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager ready to join a close-knit team dedicated to excellent service.

Ideal candidates will be genuine, self-motivated and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Formación

• Current South Australian Property Management registration.
• Residential property management experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
• For the full-time PM/BDM position, interest in business development, relationship building and growing a rent roll.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a residential property portfolio and building positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conducting entry, exit and routine inspections.
• Monitoring rental arrears and ensuring effective follow-up.
• Coordinating maintenance efficiently and proactively.
• Preparing documentation and coordinating leases, renewals and rent reviews.
• Conducting rental open inspections and managing tenant screening and selection.
• Preparing bond refunds and representing landlords at SACAT, where required.
• Ensuring compliance with South Australian residential tenancy legislation.
