Haven Agents Pty Ltd in Melbourne seeks a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join the team on a permanent part-time or full-time basis. You will manage end-to-end residential properties, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with tenancy regulations in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

This role rewards teamwork, attention to detail, and proactive communication within a technology-enabled office that supports a 130-property portfolio and flexible work arrangements.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing or assisting a residential portfolio end-to-end.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Current Police Check.
• Agent's Representative Certificate.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Confident communication and strong computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• End to end property management with access to Virtual Assistant.
• Preparing legal documents pertaining to residential leasing.
• Requesting quotes and placing work orders for maintenance.
• Compliance with the regulations as per Residential Tenancies Act.
• Organise and attend Routine inspections.
• Monitor Rental Arrears.
• Saturday inspections.
