LJ Hooker Thornlie / Canning Vale is seeking an Experienced Property Manager to deliver end-to-end service for a 120-property portfolio in Western Australia. You’ll build strong landlord and tenant relationships and coordinate maintenance with trusted contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management.
• Current WA Property Management Registration.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and communication.
• Experience with PropertyMe, IRE, Agentbox & Inspection Express preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 120 properties.
• End-to-end property management with a focus on quality service.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance and contractor work.
• Conduct home opens and manage leasing process.
• Prepare lease documentation and renewals.
• Complete inspections (ingoing, routine, outgoing).
• Maintain accurate records and compliance.
