Job summary

LJ Hooker Gladstone is seeking an enthusiastic Property Management Assistant to join our friendly, supportive team. You'll support the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio administration and provide reliable service to landlords and tenants.

With 1–2 years in property management, you will coordinate maintenance, handle enquiries and keep property records up to date. There may be opportunities to assist with routine inspections, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' property management experience is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Organised, proactive and reliable with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Senior Property Manager.
• Coordinate maintenance and respond to landlord and tenant enquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date property records and assist with inspections where needed.

About the role

You'll work alongside our Senior Property Manager, helping with the day-to-day running of the portfolio and providing friendly, reliable service to our landlords and tenants.

Your role will include administrative support, coordinating maintenance, assisting with enquiries and keeping property records up to date. Depending on your experience and strengths, there's also the opportunity to assist with routine inspections.
