Job summary

Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of holiday letting properties and rental agreements on Hamilton Island. PROPERTY MANAGER - Hamilton Island Holiday Homes / Hamilton Island

Hamilton Island is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join the Hamilton Island Holiday Homes team. Managing over 160 holiday letting properties ranging from one-bedroom apartments to luxury homes, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional service standards while maintaining strong owner and guest relationships across the portfolio.

Your Role

As Property Manager, you'll oversee the management and development of holiday letting properties and rental agreements while ensuring trust accounting, maintenance coordination, and owner communication are handled to the highest professional standard.

Where you'll make an impact

• Manage holiday letting and permanent rental agreements
• Conduct departure inspections and assess property condition
• Communicate professionally with owners, guests, and tenants
• Oversee trust accounting and maintain accurate property records
• Coordinate maintenance requests and owner invoicing
• Liaise with Reservations, Front Office, Maintenance, and Housekeeping teams
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure presentation standards are maintained
• Ensure allocated vehicles are maintained safely and professionally
• Support emergency and volunteer work as required
• Maintain administration processes in line with REIQ requirements
