Ray White Williamstown is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take on end-to-end management of an established portfolio in Melbourne's West. Join a supportive team and benefit from industry-leading training.

Ideally you hold a Victorian Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate, have a valid driver's license, and can work autonomously or with guidance from our directors. A company vehicle is included.

Qualifications

• Previous property management or real estate experience required.
• Confident, proactive and a strong team player.

• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

• End to end management of an established well maintained portfolio
• Work in a tight-knit, supportive environment

The Candidate

About you:

• Previous Property Management/Real Estate experience is required
• Confident, proactive, and a strong team player
• Possesses excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Exceptional relationship management and customer service
• Be proactive and work autonomously or under direction
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work both within a team environment and independently
• Presents professionally and has a positive, driven attitude
• Holds a Victorian Real Estate agents rep certificate as well as drivers license & reliable vehicle (required)
