Job summary

Ray White Mawson Lakes seeks an experienced Property Manager to join our fast-paced, supportive team in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of property management experience and a South Australian license.

You will manage a dedicated portfolio, handle new business leads, liaise with landlords, tenants and trades, organise maintenance, conduct inspections and manage lease renewals, with support from a Leasing and Inspections Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience is required.
• Licensed property manager in SA.
• Commercial experience is preferred but not essential.
• Must be able to work quickly and independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Management of a dedicated portfolio.
• Managing new business leads.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades.
• Organise maintenance for properties as required.
• Outgoing inspections and bond/tenancy finalisation.
• Managing lease renewals.
• Attending SACAT hearings (if required).

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join us and take their career to the next level in a fast paced, supportive and dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of property management experience with full qualifications.

This role is supported by a dedicated Leasing and Inspections Manager who will assist you with leasing,ingoing inspections and routine inspections.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Management of a dedicated portfolio

Managing new business leads

Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades

Organise maintenance for properties as required

Outgoing inspections and bond/tenancy finalisation

Managing lease renewals

Attending SACAT hearings (if required)

About you

South Australian registered Property Management license

1+ years of Property Manager experience

Commercial Experience Preferred but not Essential

Ability to work quickly and independently

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask

Must have reliable car

Extremely well organised
