• Experienced in residential property portfolio management.
• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants, trades and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Willing to support teammates.
• Motivated, reliable, and takes ownership.
• Holds a current driver's licence and access to own vehicle.
• Property Manager's Licence or relevant qualification (preferred).

About the Role

As an experienced Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of your portfolio while working closely with a supportive and experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers.
• Proactively managing repairs and maintenance and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
