Century 21 Commercial Hervey Bay is seeking a motivated and flexible Commercial Property Manager to join our team. This full-time role includes extensive training and is suitable for someone who is a self-starter with a passion for customer service and relationship building.

You will manage a growing portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties, focusing on landlords and tenants, inspections, and coordinating maintenance.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years experience in administration, property or a management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A current driver's license and reliable vehicle; willingness to obtain a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
