Job summary

MATRIX GLOBAL GROUP PTY LTD – Southport QLD is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take over and manage a growing portfolio of 55-60 residential rental properties on the Gold Coast, working closely with our sales team to deliver a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.

You will conduct inspections, handle arrears and repairs, liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople, and manage leases and renewals while ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management.
• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate (or ability to obtain).
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and industry software.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Mandarin language skills essential.
• Permanent working rights in Australia.

Requirements

• Chinese (Mandarin) language skills essential – our client base includes a significant number of Chinese-speaking landlords
