Colliers in Ballarat is seeking a Residential Property Manager ready to transition into commercial property. Based in our Ballarat office, you’ll build a long-term career with guidance from an experienced team and structured development within a global firm.

You’ll handle commercial portfolio management, tenant inquiries, lease administration, budgeting, and maintenance coordination, supported by strong systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Residential Property Management
• Willing to transition to commercial property
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419)
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Manage a commercial property portfolio with support from senior team members
• Be the main point of contact for tenant enquiries and day-to-day matters
• Handle lease administration, renewals, and compliance requirements
• Manage rental collections, outgoings, and arrears control
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting processes
• Coordinate maintenance, invoices, and contractor works
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations
