Eastell and Co. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our luxury Sunshine Coast team in Coolum Beach. You will manage a high-end residential portfolio with strong landlord and tenant relationships, supported by modern systems and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a residential Property Management portfolio.
• Sound understanding of Queensland residential tenancy legislation.
• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence.
• A valid drivers licence.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Conduct routine inspections and provide feedback to landlords.

The Role.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing your portfolio with the support of our wider Property Management and Leasing team.

Your role will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Managing the day-to-day operations of your portfolio

• Conducting routine inspections and providing meaningful feedback to landlords

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs in accordance with legislation and landlord instructions

• Monitoring and managing rent arrears

• Managing tenancy renewals and rent reviews within legislative timeframes

• Issuing notices and managing tenancy matters where required

• Navigating landlord and tenant concerns with empathy, confidence and a solutions-focused approach

• Providing proactive advice to landlords on the care, performance and long-term value of their investments

• Delivering the exceptional communication and service our clients have come to expect from Eastell and Co.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience managing a residential Property Management portfolio

• A sound understanding of Queensland residential tenancy legislation

• A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence

• The confidence to make decisions, take ownership and follow things through
