Job summary

WorkPac is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Cessnock, NSW. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

You will conduct inspections, coordinate repairs with trades, maintain meticulous records, and deliver exceptional customer service. A fully maintained company vehicle and monthly commissions are included as part of a circa $70k salary package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Property Management experience.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Our client is an award-winning real estate agency with over 25 years of experience in the Property Management industry. Due to the continued growth of their expanding portfolio across Newcastle, the Central Coast and Hunter Valley, they are seeking an experienced and passionate Property Manager to join their established team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing your own portfolio of residential properties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

What You Will Need
