Job summary

Barry Plant Taylors Lakes is seeking a motivated Property Manager to service a well-structured portfolio of about 170 properties in Melbourne's north-west. You’ll be the main contact for renters and rental providers, delivering high service levels while keeping the portfolio well balanced.

You’ll benefit from hands-on support from a Rental Director, ongoing systems and processes to reduce admin, and a team culture that values excellence and balance.

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)

The Role
