• Agent's Representative Certificate is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio and be the go-to for owners and tenants.
• Build trusted relationships with Rental Providers and renters.
• Conduct routine inspections and entry/exit condition reports.
• Coordinate maintenance with our network of trades.
• Handle leasing, renewals and rent reviews.
• Monitor leasing agreements and ensure compliance.
