Job summary

Harris Real Estate is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Harris North team in Salisbury, SA. You will manage a residential property portfolio, deliver six-star service, and work with leasing support and supportive leadership to focus on exceptional customer service.

Requirements include a current Property Management Registration licence, minimum 2 years in residential property management, strong tenancy legislation knowledge, and a collaborative, tech‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Property Management Registration licence.
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential Property Management.
• Strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• A focus on the utilisation of technology and systems to operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering a six-star service experience.
• Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conducting and overseeing inspections.
• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs in line with legislative requirements.
• Negotiating lease renewals and tenancy arrangements.
• Managing arrears, invoices and compliance obligations.
• Attending SACAT hearings where required and preparing supporting documentation.
• Ensuring all portfolio activities are compliant with current legislation and industry best practice.
