Elders is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis in Queensland. You will support property management services, build client relationships and assist with documentation for landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Property Manager licence, with costs covered by Elders.
• No industry experience necessary.
• Hold a current driver’s licence.
• Work collaboratively within the team to achieve shared goals.
• Demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs.
• Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments.
• Debtor management.
• Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants.
• Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities.
• Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events.
