Qualifikationen

• Experience as an Assistant Property Manager in real estate.
• Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation and local area.
• Current driver’s licence and property management licence required.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain client relationships to understand needs and grow portfolio.
• Identify new opportunities for landlords and tenants.
• Conduct ingoing, routine and outgoing property inspections.
• Manage debtors and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare documents for landlords and tenants.
• Collaborate with Elders team to explore innovative opportunities.
• Support promotions at field days and community events.
