Job summary

Elders is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support Property Managers in overseeing a portfolio of properties, building strong client relationships and driving portfolio growth through new opportunities.

You’ll learn the local market with a focus on organisation, communication and a positive attitude, supported by Elders’ network. As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll contribute to providing property management services and will

Qualifications

Willingness to obtain a Property Manager licence, with costs covered by Elders
No industry experience necessary
Hold a current driver’s licence
Work collaboratively within the team to achieve shared goals
Demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs
Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
Debtor management
Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
