You will help manage a portfolio of properties, focusing on building strong client relationships and supporting growth through new opportunities, with a strong emphasis on organisation and communication.

This role offers ongoing learning, licence support, and a pathway to professional development within a respected national network.

Formación

• Willingness to obtain a Property Manager licence, with costs covered by Elders.
• No industry experience required.
• Hold a current driver’s licence.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and time management.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain client relationships to understand current and future needs.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for client investments.
• Debtor management.
• Prepare documents for landlords and tenants.
• Support portfolio growth and explore new opportunities with the Elders team.
• Assist with field days and community events to maximise promotion.
