Job summary

Elders Limited in Gladstone, Queensland, seeks an Assistant Property Manager to join our permanent full-time team. You will support portfolio management, nurture client relationships, and contribute to growth while learning the local market.

No prior industry experience is required. A current driver’s licence is essential. You’ll have the opportunity to obtain a Property Manager licence (costs covered by Elders) as you grow within our trusted national real estate network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships to understand current & future needs.
Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for clients’ investments.
Debtor management.
Preparation of necessary documents for landlords and tenants.
Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new opportunities.
Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events.
