Job summary

Charter Hall Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Sydney to support a mixed portfolio of investment‑grade assets with hands-on property management experience.

You will build relationships with tenants, assist with inspections, contractor management, lease administration and sustainability initiatives, while developing reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the commercial property industry.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Pro-active and able to use initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the full suite of property management activities across a mixed portfolio of investment‑grade assets.
• Build strong relationships with tenant customers and support a customer-first approach.
• Contribute to asset performance through reporting, budgeting, forecasting and arrears management.
• Assist with inspections, contractor management, lease administration, essential services and safety requirements.
• Support sustainability initiatives, data collection, reporting and environmental schemes across the portfolio.
