Job summary

Charter Hall Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Adelaide team in delivering quality property management across a portfolio of investment-grade assets. You will help create better customer experiences, stronger asset performance and long-term outcomes.

You will build strong tenant relationships and assist with inspections, communications and day-to-day liaison while contributing to reporting, budgets and Capex planning to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality property management across a mixed asset portfolio.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with tenant customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting, budgets, forecasts and Capex planning.
