Morgan Consulting is seeking an experienced Property Loss Adjuster in Brisbane to manage property and construction-related claims from notification to settlement. You will investigate damage, assess cause and extent, and prepare detailed cost estimates while liaising with builders, insurers and stakeholders.

You will review contracts, variations and documentation, determine repair methodologies and costs, and provide sound technical recommendations.

Competenze

• Previous experience in loss adjusting, ideally across property and construction-related claims.
• Strong knowledge of building damage, repair processes, construction costs and scopes of work.
• Experience reviewing building contracts, variations and construction-related documentation.
• Excellent investigative, analytical and report-writing skills.
• The ability to manage claims independently and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to resolving complex claims.
