Morgan Consulting is seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster with a background in construction, property and contract-related claims based in Melbourne. You will manage claims from instruction through resolution, performing site inspections, assessing losses and preparing detailed technical reports for insurers.

You will review contracts, variations and scopes of work, liaise with engineers, solicitors and insurers, and provide sound, commercially-focused recommendations.

• Manage a portfolio of construction, property and contract-related claims from initial instruction through to final resolution.
• Investigate and assess complex building damage, defects, contract disputes and associated losses.
• Undertake detailed site inspections and investigations to establish cause, extent and circumstances of loss.
• Review construction contracts, building agreements, scopes of work, variations and contractual obligations.

Are you an experienced Loss Adjuster with a background in construction, property and contract-related claims? Your role

• Previous experience in Loss Adjusting, ideally specialising in construction, property or contract-related claims.

• Knowledge of construction costs, project delivery and contractual responsibilities.
• Strong investigative, analytical and technical report-writing capabilities.
• The ability to manage complex assignments independently and provide commercially sound recommendations.
