Ray White Canberra is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to join our expanding team. You will respond to rental inquiries, organise open home inspections, and prepare properties for advertising while processing tenant applications and negotiating lease terms.

Strong customer service, organisation, and communication are essential for success. You will analyze market conditions, perform admin duties, and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Current real estate registration or license preferred.
• Reliable car and a current driver’s licence.
• Proficiency with computers and Google Suite.
• Ability to work weekends and open homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to rental inquiries via email and phone.
• Organise and conduct open home inspections, including weekends.
• Prepare properties for website advertising.
• Process tenant applications.
• Negotiate lease terms after processing tenant applications.
• Analyse current market conditions.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
