Qualifications

• Possess an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation.
• Hold a current driver’s licence.
• Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised.

Responsibilities

• Provide property management services to achieve sales and earnings targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current and future needs.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for new and existing clients’ investments.
• Carry out routine property inspections.
• Manage debts and prepare necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants.
