Elders Bathurst is seeking a Property Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage a portfolio of properties, build client relationships and grow the portfolio through new opportunities.

Your knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation and local industry experience will help you maintain strong relationships with clients. With Elders backing, you will be supported to learn and advance your career.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-relationship skills.
• Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organized with good time management.
• Resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for new and existing clients’ investments.
• Carry out routine property inspections.
• Debtor management.
• Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants.
• Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities.
• Maximising promotional opportunities, including community involvement and Elders events.
