Job summary

Elders is recruiting a Property Manager in Bathurst, Australia, to join our permanent full-time team. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties and grow the portfolio through client relationships, applying your knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation.

Based in the local Elders network, you will be supported to learn and advance your career, with a focus on building strong client partnerships, conducting property inspections and delivering excellent landlord/tenant service.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation.
• Hold a current driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationships.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and well organised.
• Resourceful and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for new and existing clients’ investments
• Carry out routine property inspections
• Debtor management
• Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
• Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
• Maximising promotional opportunities, including community involvement and Elders events
