Job summary

Elders is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Bunbury to join a growing team on a permanent, part-time basis. You will manage a portfolio, build client relationships and grow the business with support from the Elders network.

Ideal candidates will have property management experience, knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation, and hold a current driver’s licence and a property management licence. This role emphasizes client service, teamwork and proactive opportunity development.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation.
• Current driver’s licence and a property management licence.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, organised and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to understand current and future needs.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for clients' investments.
• Conduct ingoing, routine and outgoing property inspections.
• Manage debtors and arrears as part of property management duties.
• Prepare documents for landlords and tenants as required.
• Collaborate with Elders team to explore new opportunities for clients.
• Support promotional activities and participate in field days/community events.
